Tara leads with strong intuition and empathy allowing her to meet someone where they are and move forward with a grounded calming energy. Over 6 years sober, she has been a regular attendee at AA meetings in New York, London, and Glasgow. She has also found healing in DA and Al-Anon meetings. Through personal experience, she is familiar with a form of therapy called Spiritual Channeling, as well as Breathwork and meditation. For over ten years, she worked as a personal assistant to various types of people including an artist writing her first book to the CEO of a multi-billion dollar startup company. She knows how to help people move through their lives and schedules and achieve their goals. Passionate about healing, she also worked at a biopharmaceutical company that’s working on gene therapies for rare diseases. She holds a BFA from the conservatory at the University of the Arts in her hometown of Philadelphia and a Masters from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. In her free time, she loves a good story, enjoys writing and traveling. She has produced benefit concerts for various organizations including a national charity called The Faces and Voices of Recovery UK. Her greatest joy has been to witness someone’s healing from suffering. She’s been lucky to watch it over and over again. And hopes to continue to be a part of the power of the healing process.
