About

SABRINA is a New York City native who attended the Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School from K-12. Having grown up on the Upper West Side, Sabrina explored all the beauty and ugliness of growing up in Manhattan. She always maintained a vibrant social life, but her substance use took over at the age of 19 when she realized something needed to change. What began with an adderall and marijuana habit at the age of 13, morphed into heavier drinking and partying by age 16, and resulted in a dark period of full blown substance use from 17 to 19. Sabrina began attending meetings at age 20, and started building a better life in recovery with the help of other young, enthusiastic, sober women. Her sobriety date is February 14, 2013. In addition to her work with as a recovery coach, Sabrina works for Global Recovery Initiatives Foundation, a national non-profit that helps raise money for recovery organizations and support services. CARC certified and trained in Trauma-Informed Care.
