RASHAD is a certified life coach and lawyer who resides in New York. A licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut, Rashad started his career in the practice areas of corporate litigation. It was during that time he met many successful people who were at the top of their careers, but weren’t living to their strongest ability due to ignored or untreated issues with mental illness and addiction. His desire and passion to help people heal lead him to receive formal training as a life coach. Having earned his coaching certification from IPEC in 2016, Rashad has worked with a diverse group of individuals to help them achieve their life and career objectives as well as remove any limiting beliefs, mental road-blocks or gremlins that prevent them from thriving to their best potential. Rashad’s career has enabled him to work with various ages, ethnicities, education levels, genders and orientations. His diverse background and unique interpersonal skills are assets that will allow him to excel in the world of sober companioning, which incorporates recovery and daily living simultaneously. Rashad earned his JD and MBA degrees from The Ohio State University. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in management from Morehouse College. While at Morehouse, Rashad was an exchange student at the University of Seville.
