LUCY is CARC certified and trained in Trauma-Informed Care. She has been sober 3 years in Alcoholics Anonymous, as well as experience in Al-Anon, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional families, and Sex and Love addicts Anonymous. She also has experience treating her Bi-polar 2, ADD, Severe Depression, and Suicidal Ideations which enables her to relate with compassion and experience to those struggling with the same. Her interest in healing began at a young age when her father introduced her to spiritual and transformative speakers and workshops such as Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Louise Hay, and Landmark Education. Her family suffered many losses and trauma because of addiction and mental health disorders. This along with her own struggle with alcoholism and mental health incited a drive to understand, study, and practice healing modalities from all over the world. She has practiced and studied multiple types of yoga, meditation, breathwork, creative therapy, energetic healing, Mayan Cosmovision theology, sacred clowning and play, Balinese Sacred Healing, and Conscious Language: The Logos of Now. Along with studying these healing modalities she values her many years in CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Lucy is also a certified Hot Hatha Yoga, Partner Yoga instructor, and Thai Massage Therapist. Guiding and working with students and clients both privately and in groups worldwide, from Thailand, to New Zealand, England, Peru, and USA for over 13 years. She also helped develop the manual and play curriculum for Synergy Partner Yoga, as well as was a lead facilitator and trainer for Synergy Teachers. Synergy is a practice that cultivates and develops community, trust, and play. Lucy has also worked as the director of The Children’s Program at A Bar A Ranch, an exclusive, high-profile ranch in Wyoming. She is also a teacher and creative coach helping to cultivate and connect her clients to their heart’s desires and authentic expression. She holds her B.A. from Marymount Manhattan College and M.F.A. from Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre.
