CHRIS lived a tough life on the streets of New York for many years and when he finally found recovery it truly saved his life. This deep well of experience and gratitude he has are infectious when motivating others to change. Experiencing the bottom of the bottom taught him how to meet even the toughest to reach person wherever they are at. Chris has found success as a personal trainer, leading both inspired group HIIT classes and an array of personal clients in their homes. Fitness and nutrition, healing the body, has been an essential foundation of his recovery plan. He is 8 years sober in 12-step recovery and also relies on tools he’s acquired outside of 12-step recovery to ground those he coaches. A father himself he is compassionate and understands the complexity of living and working with dysfunctional family systems. He’s a huge animal lover and loves to travel.
